We deliver our products all over the world via courier companies such as UPS, DHL, DPD, Fedex.

Our website is secured with an SSL certificate and all payments, including credit card payments are handled by Stripe and Paypal secure electronic payment systems. We do not have access to your credit card data.

Shipping is always free throughout the European Union, North America, most of South America, Asia, Australia and Africa and in most countries where there are no restrictions on the access of foreign courier services. All shipments are insured.

The delivery time for international shipments is approximately 3-5 business days from the date of shipment. For domestic shipments, the delivery time is approximately 1-2 business days from the date of shipment.

Please note that orders outside the European Union may be subject to a customs procedure in your country and be subject to duties and taxes. Most countries exempt from customs duties up to a certain value of imported goods.

All our products are packed in decorative boxes with the YDUNN logo, which are a component of the product, and in a cardboard box used to properly secure the shipment during transport.

You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order is shipped. Couriers deliver parcels from Monday to Friday.

You have the right to return your order for any reason. Please fill in the return form (download the form) and email it to shop@ydunn.com within 14 days from the date of product delivery.

We offer free returns on all orders from the EU countries and United Kingdom. We will arrange a return shipment and a courier pick up for you, after receiving your return form.

If you are from outside the European Union you should send the returned product at your own expense by courier to the address given below (correspondence only):

If you are from outside the European Union you should fill out the customs form, make sure to use the same currency and value as on the order invoice, make sure to mark the shipment as a return and attach the form to the parcel.

Please send returns only in well-secured packages. Due to the risk of damage to the product during transport, we do not accept shipments in envelopes, letter, registered letter and cash on delivery.

Returned Products should be clean, complete, undamaged and show only signs of use necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods (e.g. trying on the product).

Each of our products is packed in a decorative box with the Ydunn logo, which is an integral part of the Product and should also be returned in unchanged condition. To dispel doubts, we would like to inform you that this is not a cardboard box securing shipments during transport. The shipping carton is not part of the Product.

We do not require a receipt or other documents confirming the purchase to be attached to the return shipment, and the order number is sufficient to identify it in our system.

The broken seals of the paper tags attached to each product do not prevent the return, but please send the tags back with the product.

In accordance with the provisions of law, you are responsible for reducing the value of the Product as a result of using it in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

We reserve the right to refuse a return for the following reasons:

1. The returned product is damaged or incomplete
2. The return was declared after the deadline

Since we provide free worldwide shipping, we will refund the amount of the Product price only, immediately after receiving the declaration of withdrawal, no later than within 14 calendar days. You will receive the refund using the same method as the original payment. We may withhold the payment of funds until we receive the returned Product.

EXCHANGE

You can exchange the product for another one within 14 days from the date of delivery. To make an exchange, email us at shop@ydunn.com.

Only dry cleaning in professional laundries with experience in silk cleaning.

Left side iron at low temperature. Preferably with a steam iron with a program for delicate fabrics.

Avoiding contact with water and prolonged exposure to strong sunlight.

Do not, under any circumstances, wring out, machine wash or tumble dry silk garments.
